We act with the future in mind

Today we decide what tomorrow will look like.

At TM TECHNOLOGIE, we believe that modern business cannot exist without responsibility. We are creating a strategy looking more broadly at the needs of people and the planet, guided by sustainability. For us, society, the environment and transparent governance are the foundations on which we build our organisation.

Certificates of quality and technical standards.

Certificates of quality and technical standards.
Our solutions comply with the requirements of the various markets, making them ready for deployment worldwide. Through advanced testing and carefully controlled manufacturing processes, we deliver technologies that build trust with partners and lighting system designers in more than 45 countries. For us, certification is not just a formality, it is an assurance of reliability, innovation and the global standard that distinguishes the TM Technologie brand.

Society

Measures to promote social sustainable development:

  • compliance with the principles of respect for workers’ and human rights
  • 100% of employees trained in first aid and AED use
  • continuous improvement of staff qualifications
  • increased safety standards through video monitoring
  • providing workers with high quality PPE
  • introduction of a Personal Data Protection Policy
  • replacing bottled water with filtered tap water

A team committed to global accounts

As part of the value chain, in accordance with the requirements of the ISO standards, the process of raw material procurement has been analysed, the conditions of cooperation with suppliers defined, the criteria for their evaluation established, and a register of classified suppliers is maintained. We work with partners who share similar values to ours.

We also care about our stakeholders (customers), to whom we dedicate training courses and conferences as part of the TM Academy. The TM Academy promotes a culture of responsible use of lighting equipment, raising awareness and knowledge among our partners.

Integrated Management System

The organisation’s Integrated Management System allows us to have a broader understanding of the needs of the employees, customers and contractors we work with. We meet the requirements of international standards: ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management) and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety Management), as proven by the certificates received. Management systems based on ISO standards are the first measurable steps towards ESG. By using them, our organisation can effectively manage data, minimise the risk of errors and increase the transparency of operations, which helps to build the organisational culture, increase stakeholder trust and reinforce our market position.

Governance aspect

As a result, our awareness of sustainability is steadily growing. The business objectives set annually are reviewed periodically with the corporate top management. The sustainability issue has been with us in these reviews for many years.

  • updating of opportunities and risks for the organisation
  • monitoring legal and standard requirements
  • timely training of employees in health and safety and operation of machinery and equipment
  • timely maintenance of machines and equipment involved in the organisation’s processes
  • preparation of statements and reports on the implementation of assigned tasks
  • monitoring all areas for the performance of management systems
  • extensive analysis of areas requiring corrective or preventive action

We are a manufacturing company that has an ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System in place

Environment

We are a manufacturing company with an ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System, certified by DEKRA certification body. The basic premise of the standard is to strike a balance between the environment, society, economics and a risk-based approach.

The system, based on an international standard, sets new environmental standards and precisely identifies the organisation’s ESG challenges. This provides the opportunity to monitor environmental aspects, conduct regular analyses, evaluate the effectiveness of actions and set the right course that minimises adverse environmental impact. An important element of the organisation’s operations is risk management, based on the identification, monitoring and evaluation of both risks and opportunities, which are reviewed and updated periodically, both in the context of the market and climate change. The annual internal and external ISO 14001:2015 audits analyse the current situation, identify issues in the ESG strategy and build awareness of areas for follow-up and improvement.

We carry out all environmental management activities to the highest standard::

  • modern production lines that optimise electricity consumption, minimise the risk of failure (e.g. leakage of hazardous substances) and reduce atmospheric emission
  • servicing our products, which extends their lifespan and thus has a real impact on environmental protection
  • regular inspection and servicing of machines to maintain their efficiency
  • reuse of materials for production (plastics)
  • sustainable cardboard packaging – individual and bulk – 100% recyclable
  • strict segregation of waste
  • employee education on environmental management (100% staff trained, and applied to each new hire)
  • waste collection by specialised companies
  • keeping records of waste and issuing waste transfer notes in the BDO system
  • operation of hybrid vehicles and reduction in the combustion of motor fuels
  • ergonomic office: ventilation and recuperation with heat recovery, ecological heating
  • ergonomic offices: ventilation with heat recovery + green heating
  • reduction in the use of printed materials – 70% of documentation (invoices, orders, quotations, designs, technical documentation, etc.) in digital form.
